Real-Time Tracking Technology
Real-Time Proof of Delivery is essential in mission critical environments, and with state-of-the-art real-time tracking technology, our dispatchers aren’t relying on drivers to call when they’re running behind – They can see it real-time! Our systems alert our dispatchers in advance when a driver will be late by estimating delivery windows and delivery progress towards those windows through a color coded alert system. If a route is running late, each dispatcher can easily contact all the facilities down the line notifying them that their delivery is going to be delayed. It’s not late deliveries that upset customers, it’s lack of communication.
Global Positioning Systems
Whether it is right now, or sometime in the future, our dispatchers can see where drivers are, and where they have been. Historic GPS reports can give you the additional proof for your customers if the location of a driver making a delivery is ever in question. Our advanced systems can not only show where they were on a map, in many cases we can also show a picture of the facility they delivered to!
