What’s the pulse? By monitoring real-time indices such as on-time performance, delivery incidents, driver turnover, and others, we can spot trends well in advance of serious issues. State of the art measurement dashboards that combine this data and display it real-time to our management at every level can give us what we call a “customer pulse” for each of our clients.
Although it’s not quite a crystal ball, it does tell us that certain established trends might be starting so that we can apply solutions before they manifest themselves as serious issues.
